COVID-19 Procedures

What we're doing to keep you safe:

  • Prescreening - all clients are required to cancel or reschedule if the following applies within 14 days of their scheduled appointment:

    • You have any of these symptoms: cough, sneeze, fever, difficulty breathing, diarrhea

    • You have been in contact with someone who is COVID-19 positive or sick 

    • You have travelled outside of Canada

    • You have been in contact with someone who has travelled outside of Canada

  • Cancellation policy will be waived only for COVID-19/sickness related reasons. Please do not abuse this system which is intended to keep everyone safe!

  • Temperatures will be taken upon arrival

  • If a client shows any symptoms, they will be promptly asked to leave

  • Face-covering is mandatory. Clients are asked to arrive with face-covering on or there are some available upon arrival.

  • I will wear a face mask and shield for the entire duration

  • All tools, surfaces, and high-touch points are disinfected between clients

  • All clients will be provided with hand sanitizer upon arrival

  • I wash my hands before appointments and sanitize hands after touching something outside of sterile zone

  • Bedsheets and blankets have been removed so that lash bed can be wiped down between appointments. Please dress warmly for appointment or bring your own blanket

  • Each client gets a new pillowcase​

  • 2 Dyson Air Purifiers are running 24/7

  • Maximum of 2 clients are scheduled each day with sufficient time between appointments

  • No guests are permitted
